Caravan Holiday Home Reservation Policy
The rate is per night. Car park included. Check-in: 5 p.m. Check-out: 12 p.m.
The Management shall undertake to book the amount of pitches requested, but cannot guarantee a specific pitch or location beforehand.
Deposit: 25 % of the whole fee must be paid in advance. The rest must be settled upon arrival.
A 60 € deposit must also be paid upon arrival as a guarantee in case of damage which may occur to the caravan holiday home and/or its fittings. This deposit shall be returned upon departure once the property has been inspected by our personnel.
Pets are not allowed in caravan holiday homes.
* New Year's Eve (31 December): 100 € surcharge
Included in the price
Satellite TV, gas, water, electricity, linen and towels, all cooking utensils, campsite facilities (swimming pool, Spa, Marjal Sport, etc.), Wi-Fi.
Not included in the price
Check-out cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy
If reservation is cancelled 7 days or less before date of arrival, deposit is forfeited. If cancelled between 7 and 30 days prior to arrival, 50 % of deposit shall be refunded. If cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, 90 % of deposit shall be refunded. Once checked-in no refund will be given.
