Conditions for pitches
- Conditions to reserve pitches
The price is per night. Entrance at 13:00h and departure at 12:00h.
ADVANCE PAYMENT: 50€ per pitch / LONG TERM: 100€ .
The campsite management promise you only to reserve the requested number of pitches with no possibility of choice of a particular pitch. - Included in the price
Water / Services of the Capsite (swimmingpool, Marjal Sport,...), Wi-Fi. - Not included in the price
Stays for more than 2 months electricity will be 0,35€ kwh (Retired).
Conditions for bungalows
- Conditions to reserve bungalows
The price is per night and includes also your car. Entrance at 17:00h and departure at 12:00 h.
The campsite management promise you only to reserve the requested number of bungalows with no possibility of choice of a particular bungalow. The 25% of the total stay should be paid in advance as a guarantee for the reservation. The rest will be paid on the client arrival. Customers will leave 60€ on arrival as deposit against damages caused to the bungalows inventory. This guarantee will be refunded on their departure once the bungalow home has been checked.
Animals are not allowed.

Departure cleaning.
Booking cancellation
- In case of cancellation with less than 7 days notice, the advance payment will not be refunded. If the cancellation is done between 8 and 30 days notice, a refund of 50% is applied. If cancellation notice is done before 30 days a refund of 90% is applied. After arrival no refunds are applicable.
